Hi,
All is going well and things really are gearing up now. Injury free I am heading off to Chamonix tonight to join the Active Earth Group for the cycle stage of their Mont Blanc 2 Mont Cinto Challenge. It should be great fun but will be the first of my big bike training sessions as the route winds from Chamonix to Hyeres on the French South Coast.
the route is unsure at this stage as there is still alot of snow over the Cols and high mountains which might make them unpassable by bike so we may have to stay lower and ride further in order to reach the coast.
